HISAN is an organization dedicated to helping those in need. Among those with the greatest need are the handicapped in developing countries. It is to those people that HISAN is focused; the handicapped poor are our mission.
Introductions
HISAN is a non-profit making, non-governmental Christian organization, which is registered in California, USA and with a Sub-office in Korea. HISAN regional office in Kenya was registered in 1994 to take care of Kenya and Somalia HISAN activities.
Vision
HISAN is committed to seeing all the people with disabilities and the vulnerable in the society celebrate their diversity and find their identity in God as He created them.
Mission
To facilitate the creation of an enabling environment that prevents further disabilities provides adapted environment, that empowers persons with disabilities and the vulnerable manage their lives independently in their own surroundings.
